Se poate utiliza un gateway DECT - IP printr-o centrala telefonica din familia de centrale telefonice Siemens HiPath 3000 in configuratia de baza cu o placa de VoIP de tipul HG1500 si baze DECT conectate pe placa de baza.

In loc de telefoane DECT se pot folosi telefoane wireless IP precum Siemens optiPoint WL2, Gigaset SL75 WLAN:
